Strategy of achieving goals

1. The most important is to involve the inhabitants of villages in the community so that everyone knows about the problems and wants to solve them
2. The community members are very well organized, participate in deciding and planning and also in choosing how to use resources. (see the picture/graph)
3. Analyse and exploration of problems in the villages
4. Consequent plannig of projects and goals, control of accomplishment and of risk of management
5. Regular activities and meetings in the area
6. 2-year-long trainig providing new information to new members
7. Cooperation with governmental projects and offices and with non-governmental organizations
8. Training of instructors and community teachers
9. Providing food to participants of programs (in case of their starvation)
10. Motto Motto: “Bit by bit”
