Situation

In the villages we can notice that there are more HIV positives and ill with AIDS than is presented by official statistics. We estimate that every second person is HIV positive. By the time when this illness wasn’t in knowledge, it spread largely in the whole Africa. The reason is the prostitution of poor mothers who are paid by sexual tourists from the city and transmission of the illness to their husbands and children. Another reason is men promiscuous behaviour (tradition of polygamie), reluctance to use condoms and frequent drinking of alcohol that decreases reasonableness and control of one’s behaviour. Medicaments provided for free by state have to be used regularly and without interruption (if not the body becomes resistant to this medicament and it is possible to replace it only by paid medicament) and also the people using them have to have enough food (if not these medicaments are poisonous).

Current activities

Meetings of HIV positiveswho try to publicize prevention and look for already ill people, support them and hand over the information how to fight againts this illness and how to be not scared of social stigmata.
